Charlotte Anderson

Co-Founder | Chief Communications & Integrations Officer

Charlotte Anderson, one of our co-founders, serves as Feel The Vibe’s Chief Communications & Integration Officer, ensuring that the organization’s digital infrastructure is as strong, agile, and mission-aligned as its programs.  With nearly three decades of experience in website development, software customization, and nonprofit information systems, Charlotte designs and maintains the tools that support meaningful human connection.

At Feel The Vibe, Charlotte leads the development and oversight of the organization’s digital ecosystem, including its public website, donor relationship systems, volunteer and partner platforms, and secure internal databases.  She translates organizational needs into functional, user-friendly solutions that empower staff to focus on what matters most:  listening deeply, serving authentically, and demonstrating impact transparently.

Her work includes building an integrated suite of tools that streamline donor engagement, event registration, and program delivery.  These tools provide real-time insights into participation, outcomes, and community reach, enabling data-informed decisions and confident scaling.

Charlotte brings a long track record of technological innovation and practical achievement.  She currently co-leads SpiralSpark, a design consultancy supporting nonprofits and purpose-driven ventures with tech-enabled growth strategies.  At West Virginia University’s Health Sciences Center, she helped develop one of the first fully online Master of Public Health programs, contributing to the growth of the Department of Community Medicine into a full-fledged School of Public Health.

Previously, she served as the “Web Wrangler” for Center for Sustainable Change, Feel The Vibe’s predecessor, from 2014 until the organization’s closure in 2018.  She is also the behind-the-scenes tech expert for Psychology Has It Backwards, a popular Three Principles-based podcast by Christine Heath and Dr. Judy Sedgeman, which features nearly 200 episodes.

Charlotte approaches digital management with a service mindset.  Whether introducing a new platform or troubleshooting a technical issue, she leads with the belief that technology should support people, not replace them.  Under her leadership, every system at Feel The Vibe reflects the organization’s values and strengthens its capacity to create meaningful change.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys training in karate and kung fu, trying new recipes from the internet, and spending time at home in Vermont with her husband, Phil.
