Joanne is a nationally recognized leader in nonprofit development, capacity building, and sustainable fundraising. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations improve their financial health by integrating development efforts with operations, planning, marketing, and mission delivery — producing millions in new funding and significantly increasing impact.

Education and Personal Life

Joanne holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Bethany University (cum laude) and a master’s in health administration from Wilkes University (with distinction).

She lives on Florida’s Space Coast with her husband, a retired minister. Together, they enjoy traveling, visiting their three children and six grandchildren, and exploring the wonders of nearby national parks — especially Cape Canaveral National Seashore.
