Sarah Nguyen, CPA, brings more than a decade of nonprofit financial management experience to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Feel The Vibe. With a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and grants compliance, she ensures the financial infrastructure behind our deep listening programs is both sound and scalable. Sarah’s leadership enables our team to focus on building human connection, knowing that the organization’s fiscal health is in expert hands.

Sarah is a trusted accounting professional and licensed Certified Public Accountant. Her career has spanned several mission-driven organizations, including community development agencies, advocacy nonprofits, and arts and culture institutions. She has held both internal finance roles and as a consultant, guiding organizations through periods of rapid growth, complex audits, and major grant implementation. Sarah brings deep expertise in fund accounting, internal control systems, restricted fund tracking, financial statement preparation, and audit readiness.

Prior to working with Feel The Vibe, she partnered closely with nonprofits to design and document internal controls, streamline accounting processes, and lead them through successful audits. Her hands-on experience has given her a keen understanding of the financial demands facing nonprofits and the critical importance of financial strategy and organizational mission.
